Book design and typesetting
At Office Geek we use the LaTeX typesetting system. Unlike modern typesetting programs where anything goes, LaTeX follows the old-fashioned, tried and tested standards. Consequently a book, or any document, looks clean, clear and professional. LaTeX is the de facto standard for the communication and publication of scientific and technical documents.
To create your book we proofread and typeset the text, clean and scale the images, and designed the layout of the cover. Graphs and charts are produced using the powerful R programming language. The result is two publication-ready PDF files ready for printing — one for the cover, one for the book.
